WOW !!!  Garcia & Grateful Dead Fans !!  Yes indeed ... as offered here is an Incredibly-Awesome ! " Jerry Garcia Acoustic " Batik-designed Style Shirt ... Carpenter designed !  The design is bright, bold, eye-catching and all together brilliant !  The image shows Garcia picking away on his Takamine cut-away Acoustic Guitar, in what looks to be 1987 - while singing a song !  And ... by the looks of the backside of this fine Shirt, it appears he is belting away " Rubin & Cherise " !!! . . .  " When Rubin played the mandolin.

before going its way again ".  Wow, is right !  What a fantastic Jerry-Shirt !!  From the looks of the photo itself, I would have to say the image is probably from 1987 " Fall Tour ".  The Tak is a bit of a give-away, because this is the ' out of the box ' Acoustic Guitar that Jerry took onto Broadway in N.Y.C. for the Monumental ! run of Jerry Garcia Band ( J.G.B. ) ! & Jerry Garcia ' Acoustic ' Band ( J.G.A.B. ) !! Shows !!!  And what a run those were ... a Lucky 13 ! -- Geeez !  This Shirt features bright-white printed images on both the Shirt front & back sides that really Pop against a solid Midnight Blue background !!  So, if you’re looking for just " The-Right " Garcia Shirt - and your size is L ? ... then today is indeed your lucky day.  A Tee to Rock ! ... with some really Grate ! potential to become a Good Ol' Friend !!  Enjoy !!!!!

As this is a lightly used vintage collectible shirt - here are the issues that stand out to my eye upon very close inspection :
>>> two (2) tiny/small holes (2mm) located on shirt front bottom area (please see photos/close-up photos #9 & #10).
>>> one (1) stain (approximately 1") either paint or bleach, located on back collar middle (please see photos/close-up photo #8).
>>> cracking of design image emblems (please see photos/close-up photos).
>>> light fading of shirt material fabric dyes (please see photos/close-up photos).
