Grateful Dead Custom St Stephen Skirt - Liquid Blue - Fits most

Hello, thanks for looking!
On offer is a custom Grateful Dead skirt, crafted from the classic and rare St. Stephen tie dye tshirt from Liquid Blue.  This design is hard to find, and the skirt format is a fun and unique way to show off this artwork.
The skirt is free size and will fit most sizes, as the drawstring waist has been designed so that it can be adjusted to fit sizes small to extra large, and everyone in between.  It's roughly between 30-31 inches long, but this is a rough estimate and your results may vary.  I wasn't able to get the skirt and measuring tape quite straight for a completely accurate measurement.
This skirt is perfect for tour, everyday wear, collecting, or use in custom projects.  Please keep in mind that it has been worn and is not in perfect condition.
The whites in the shirt part are somewhat grayed from wear and washing and the colors have dulled a bit as well.  There are some loose threads.

This item is secondhand, used, older, and have been through a lot of wear.  Please expect imperfections, worn spots, wrinkles, small holes, loose threads, stains, fraying, fading or peeling designs, and other damages.
I laundered the item before listing, but it may arrived wrinkled due to being boxed for shipment.  I've listed the size as best as I can tell, but please keep in mind that there may be variation in fit or shrinkage due to washing, etc.
